Is Stubli free, and who makes it?

Yes, Stubli is free. There’s no paid version, no ads, and no algorithm deciding what you see.

The one cost is your website. Your Stubli lives on your own WordPress site, and the host you choose charges for that, not Stubli. On WordPress.com, any paid plan works; the free plan can’t add plugins. Your host shows you the price before you pay. Which host should I choose?

Stubli is made by Celestine Tan in Zurich. He makes it and pays for it himself. If you enjoy it, you can leave him a tip. It unlocks nothing; it just keeps Stubli going.

Stubli is open source. Its code is public on GitHub, so anyone can read it, check what it does, or build on it. It’s free software under the GPL, like WordPress itself.

Stubli is in beta, so things still change. If something feels off, tell us. A real person reads every note.
